Plan of action for the next academic year: More collaborations and MoU must be made. Offering financial support to all faculty members for the publication of high-quality papers in International and National journals listed by UGC CARE. Offering financial support to faculty members to attend academic training programs such as the Faculty Development Program, Refresher Course, NAAC-related training program, national and international conferences and webinars. Implementation of Mentor-mentee program. Installation of biometric attendance for all Teaching and Non-teaching staff including casual staff. Upgradation of our existing college website. Implementation of rotational headship.
